Musharaf: Only Army has strenght and above reproach
He forgot that its Army that is ruling Pakistan for about 8 years and even after 8 years only one institution is 'some' strong then who is responsible. The fact is Pakistan has been ruled by the Army for most of the time that also directly. (If we add indirect rule through agencies then its more than 95%.) If some institution has ruled so much and still has not been able to strengthen anything else except itself, then it should take a back seat and allow others to rule.
The fact is Democracy is only solution for Pakistan. Allowing people to make decision.

The Bourne Ultimatum
The story is strong. The plus point is that the action contain every thing from the action films but looks EXTREMELY REAL. The moves and fights are really like two people fighting not some gymnasts jumping here and there. The way camera has been used makes them more realistic and pulls the user inside the arena.
Although a viewer can question how Bourne was able to do that. How he got that information or why villains acted like that? But the director does not give time to think about this more than few moments and throws towards you new chase, new people coming in,......
It keeps your eyes and brain busy (your hands and mouth also if you have habit of bitting your nails when tense).

What Makes America (Gays and Lesbians)
{Following is how I felt America thinks, being a Muslim I dont believe in gayism but if law of land gives them right to be gay then others should respect their right. }
To explain what is state of Gays and Lesbians in the American society you have to see one of the episodes of Seinfeld. In this episodes two male characters, who are good friends but are not gay, get reported in one of the newspaper as being gay.
During the episode you see them trying to continously worry about being taken as gay and trying to erase this misconception. Their parents are calling them confused and worried. But the line they use when ever they show their concern about being taken as gay, is ‘Not that there’s anything wrong with that‘
This is still the condition of the America. No one wants to be Anti-Gay but I have found them not totally comfortable with it also.
Its very much visible in their comidies, a hero being taken as gay and then there are jokes about it and people are laughing in the background. The problem with such comidies is that they think by first joking about this community and them making a small correct statement they have done their part. Its like showing that whole mess is due to one anti gay person, correct him and problem is gone.
There is similar pattern in old tv shows about racism against blacks, there is one biased white person who makes racist comments. And you tackle him in the episode, he learns his lesson and problem is solved.

What Makes America Great
I think, the most decisive in it was Justice System, which stood up and declared No Segregation.
To properly understand it
Imagine that a society where all power's are in the hands of Whites. Imagine all powerful politicians, families, economic giants .... etc. are white.
Now imagine Judges as people of flesh and soul, families and friends, interests (personal, economical and political) . They clearly know what are the sentiments of most powerful group.
Just then you will feel the great thing those people did. They decided what no one (powerful people) wanted but what was right.
They showed it in the case of Brown v. Board of Education( which lead to Little Rock School Case) and they displayed it in the case of Rosa Parks.
President of America Johson said "We have talked long enough in this country about equal rights. It is time now to write the next chapter - and to write it in the books of law"
The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964 ,
I dont know exactly what he means by that, I think more proper would be to say lets make law that should tell in more clear words that there is no segregation on basis of color; so that not every time people have to go to supreme court to get correct verdict.
If only we could have Good Justice System (in Pakistan) which stood up for right. If we can have judges that could say what is correct even when 90% of the population is against it, even when religion beliefs are against that, .... only then you can say you have chance of survival.
